Fiber Laser Cutting
Our fiber laser cutting technology allows us to produce high-precision metal components with clean edges and tight tolerances.

To keep costs competitive for our customers, we optimize material usage by nesting multiple customer parts together when they share the same material and thickness.
Metal Forming
After parts are cut, our press brakes form them to the required dimensions and angles specified by the customer.
Our press brakes can handle parts up to 12 feet in length, allowing us to produce a wide range of formed components.
Standard tolerances include:

± 1/16” on dimensional measurements

± 1° on angular measurements
In many cases, tighter tolerances can be achieved depending on the design and material.
Welding & Fabrication
Our welding and fabrication services allow us to deliver finished components or assemblies ready for installation or production use.

Saw Cutting & Drilling
Our precision saw cutting and drilling services allow us to prep raw materials to your exact specifications before they move into further production or shipping.
